This Privacy Policy explains how India-Easy.com, managed by AM Business Solutions Pte Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit www.india-easy.com or contact us. We follow Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) and, where it applies to you, India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDP Act).

2. What personal data we collect

• Information you give us through our enquiry, consultation, guide-request and newsletter forms, by email or WhatsApp: your name, email address, WhatsApp/phone number, country of residence, the service you are interested in, and anything you write in your message.
• Technical information sent automatically by your browser when you use a form: IP address, the page you submitted from, and the date and time. This is used for security and spam prevention.
• Bot-protection signals: our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks limited browser and device signals to confirm you are a real person.

Please do not send PAN, Aadhaar, passport, bank or card numbers, or tax documents through our website forms. If we need such documents after you engage us, we will tell you how to share them securely.

3. Why we use your personal data

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange a consultation or video call.
• To send you the guide or newsletter you asked for (you can unsubscribe at any time).
• To provide our tax, compliance and business advisory services if you become a client.
• To protect our website and forms against spam, fraud and misuse.
• To meet our legal, regulatory and record-keeping obligations.

We process your data with your consent (when you submit a form or contact us), to take steps you request before entering a contract, and where required by law. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

4. Cookies and tracking

Our website does not set its own advertising or tracking cookies and does not use analytics trackers at present. Cloudflare Turnstile may use strictly necessary technologies to perform its security check. Our Contact page shows an embedded Google Map; Google may set its own cookies and receive your IP address when the map loads (see Google’s privacy policy). If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy first.

5. Who we share your data with

We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the website and our business, and only as needed:

• Hostinger — website hosting.
• Zoho Mail — our email service; form enquiries are delivered to our mailbox.
• Cloudflare — Turnstile bot-protection on our forms.
• WhatsApp (Meta) — only if you choose to contact us by WhatsApp.
• Professional advisers, auditors or authorities where required by law.

Our pages also load fonts from Google Fonts and website scripts from cdnjs (Cloudflare); these services receive your IP address when delivering those files.

6. International transfers

We operate in Singapore and India, and our service providers may store data in other countries. Where personal data is transferred outside Singapore or India, we take reasonable steps to ensure it receives a comparable standard of protection, as required by the PDPA and DPDP Act.

7. How long we keep your data

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and follow up, and generally no longer than 24 months if you do not become a client. Client records are kept for the period required by applicable tax, accounting and legal rules. Data is then securely deleted or anonymised.

8. How we protect your data

Our website uses HTTPS encryption, security headers, bot-protection and access controls. Email is delivered through an authenticated, encrypted connection. Access to enquiries is limited to staff who need it. No online system is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

9. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you and how it has been used;
• correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
• withdraw your consent (for example, stop newsletters) — this will not affect processing already carried out;
• delete your data where we no longer need to keep it;
• raise a grievance about how we handle your data.

To make a request, email info@india-easy.com with the subject “Personal Data Request”. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may contact Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Commission or, for India, the Data Protection Board of India.

11. Children

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
